SRINAGAR — The Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department on Friday announced summer break for all government and private schools of Jammu division from June 8 to July 22.
According to the news agency KNO, Director of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) said that all the government and recognized private schools falling in the summer zone of Jammu division shall observe summer vacation from June 6, 2023 to July 22, 2023.
The director further ordered that all teachers shall remain available for any online guidance of students during the vacation period.
“Any default on the part of the head of the schools or teaching staff in observance of the above schedule shall attract action under rules,” DSEJ said.
