Srinagar: Recruiting agencies in Jammu and Kashmir have failed to fill up 11,427 vacancies from past two years. According to officials, the selection list of 5,530 candidates have been finalized but due to court cases the orders have not been issued.
The official documents according to CNS reveals that from 2009 to July 2014, Public Service Commission have filled up only 6347 vacancies while the number of vacancies filled by the Service Selection Recruitment Board are 31804.
Official documents reveal that in 2013 both the recruiting agencies filled up least number of vacancies while the number was much higher in 2009 and 2010.
