New Delhi:Lava has launched a handset called Iris X5 for Rs 8,799 with better features than the popular Motorola Moto G which is selling for more than Rs 10,000.
The Lava Iris X5 has a 5 inch touchscreen with high definition resolution. It comes with Android KitKat operating system and a 1.2 GHz quad core processor just like the Moto G. It is a step ahead of Moto G in terms of memory - 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory and 32 GB expandable storage slot. Note that Moto G has no expandable storage slot.
Moreover, the Lava Iris X5 has a 2100 mAh Li-Ion battery compared to the 2070 mAh battery of Moto G. This 7.9 mm thick handset weighs 135 grams and has an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera.
