New Delhi: Byond, an Indian mobile handset brand, has launched yet another smartphone in the market with a 5 inch screen. Named as Byond B65, the Dual SIM phone comes with Android 4.0 ICS operating system, 5 inch display with WVGA (800x480) resolution and a 1.2 GHz dual core processor. It has 512 MB RAM and 4 GB ROM (2 GB user available).
Besides, Byond B65 has an 8 megapixel camera with single LED flash at the back and a 1.3 megapixel camera in the front. Byond has put a relatively large 2400 mAH battery in the B65 as well.The smartphone has 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth connectivity as well as proximity and gravity sensors. And while the phone has all the features that most phones in this price band have, it has got no outstanding feature which can be talked about.
The pricing of the phone is also nothing great, only saving grace for the phone is relatively larger battery which is 300 mAh more than the average battery in this segment.
Other phones in this segment include Lava Iris 501, Karbonn Smart A111, Intex Aqua 5.0, Zync Cloud Z5 and Micromax Canvas 2 A110.
