SRINAGAR — An earthquake of 3.4 magnitude hit Jammu and Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Monday morning, with no damages or casualties reported.
As per the National Centre for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake was 3.4 in magnitude and its epicenter was at a depth of 50 kilometres in north Kashmir’s Bandipora area.
The earthquake took place at 10:31:16 IST, according to the NCS.
However, there were no reports of any damage incurred as only fragile structures remain susceptible to minor tremors.
