The Principals of the respective colleges may allow admission to the eligible candidates beyond the last date on payment of a late fee of Rs. 200/- and Rs 400/- for first count of 15 days and second count of 15 days, respectively.
The candidates who have passed their 12th class examination in full shall be eligible for admission. However, for Science stream, candidates having secured not less than 45% marks in case of open merit and 40% marks in case of reserved categories (in accordance with SRO’s issued by the State Government from time to time) in aggregate shall be eligible for admission.
Further, the candidates whose results are yet to be declared by JKBOSE, other Boards, including re-evaluation cases etc are also advised to formalize their admission in respective Colleges on provisional basis on their own risk and responsibility against a non-refundable admission fee of Rs 50/- upto and including 25th June, 2015.
However, the respective College Principals shall seek an affidavit from the said students to the effect that their provisional admission shall automatically stand cancelled in case they fail to fulfill the eligibility requirements to be determined by reference to their result status. Besides, the re-admission cases shall also be entertained as per statutory provisions.
The Principals shall forward the Registration Return within 40 days from the last date of admission, in case the number of candidates is less than 200 and within a maximum of 60 days, in case the number of candidates exceeds 200. A late fee of Rs. 20/- per student shall be charged for late submission of Registration Return upto 15 days. No Registration Return shall be entertained thereafter.
The error free course-wise RR (Stream-wise) duly attested by the respective Principals including a soft copy in CD for the students admitted upto last date fixed i.e. 25th June, 2015 and beyond the last date shall be forwarded to Registration Section by the concerned Principals alongwith prescribed fee plus above specified late fee (wherever applicable) supported by the following documents:
1) Original Higher Secondary School Leaving certificate;
2)Attested photocopies of Secondary School Examination (10th Class) Marks Sheet;
3) Attested Higher Secondary School Examination Part II (12th Class) Marks Sheet.
