JKBOSE results within 10 days; 3rd year result in June

Srinagar: The much awaited results of 10th, 12th and 3rd year are likely to be announced in the last week of this month and first week of June respectively.
Veena Pandita, Secretary BOSE said that the results of 10th and 12th class will be announced within 10 days, The Daily Kashmir Glory reported.
She said that the results would have been announced earlier but the examinations were conducted in the border areas of Keran, Macchil and Gurez recently after the winter’s heavy snowfall. “This prolonged the process,” she added.
Meanwhile, Controller Examination, University of Kashmir, Abdul Salaam said that the results of various courses pertaining to 3rd year would be announced in the first week of June. Replying to a query, Salaam said that, it is for the very first time that we (University) are conducting the entrance exams before the actual announcement of results. The ultimate aim is to save the precious time of the students lapsed due to various weather predicaments during the whole session.
The results of 1st and 2nd year classes would also be announced soon, adding that we have already directed the colleges to provide provisional admission to the aspirants, Salaam said.
