SRINAGAR — Authorities are investigating the mysterious death of a young woman, aged 21, whose body was found in central Kashmir's Srinagar district on Saturday evening.
According to official sources cited by a local news agency, the deceased, whose identity has been withheld, hailed from Babapora, and was a resident of Tengpora Zooninar in Zaidbal. Her body was found under suspicious circumstances, prompting immediate concern.
Upon discovery, she was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention. However, medical professionals declared her deceased upon arrival.
Police have initiated an investigation into the incident, acknowledging the gravity of the situation and the need for a thorough examination to determine the cause of death and ascertain any potential foul play.
