SRINAGAR — In an important development, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has decided to postpone the holiday marking the occasion of Shab-i-Miraj.
According to an official order, the holiday, initially slated for February 7, has been rescheduled and will now be observed on February 8.
This decision, as outlined in the official order, shifts the observance of Shab-i-Miraj from Wednesday to Thursday.
The rescheduling aims to ensure alignment with administrative considerations and to facilitate a more cohesive holiday schedule.
