BUDGAM — An employee of the Cooperative Department was allegedly killed after a scuffle broke out between two persons over some argument in central Kashmir's Budgam district.





An official told the news agency CNS that an argument ensued between two people over some dispute at Kuzweera Budgam, which turned ugly soon after and one of the party attacked the other, leaving him grievously injured.





"The injured was immediately evacuated to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries," he said.





The deceased was identified as Qaisar Yousuf Zargar son of Mohammad Yousuf Zargar, a resident of Gowharpora here. The victim was a government employee in Cooperative Department.





Meanwhile, a police official said that one accused of the crime identified as Abid Ahmad Dar son of Mohammad Amin Dar, a resident of Pathanpora Nasrullahpora was immediately arrested and further legal investigations are going on.
