Baramulla: With a view to ensure smooth conduct of Hr. secondary Part II (12th class) Examinations Bi-annual session 2015 from 13-10-2015, District Magistrate Baramulla, Yasha Mudgal, has ordered Section 144 CrPC to remain in force around examination centres in the district.
By virtue of section 144 CrPC the deputy commissioner has ordered prohibition of any congregation of five or more persons and carrying any copying material in or around the examination’s centres notified by the JKBOSE to curb the menace of copying and upholding the sanctity of the examinations in the district.
This order shall remain in force during the days of examinations in the District. However, this order shall not apply to the security/Police personnel deployed for the purpose of maintenance of law and order and imposition of restrictions under section 144 CrPC.
