Baramulla: Chief Justice Jammu and Kashmir High Court, Justice N. Paul Vasanthakumar along with Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary, Syed Basharat Bukhari and Justice Hasnain Masoodi inaugurated Principal District and Sessions Judge Court building at Baramulla today.
Register General, Kaneez Fatima, Principal Session Judge Baramulla, Syed Touqeer Ahmed and other court authorities were present on the occasion.
The said building has been constructed by Department of R&B at an estimated cost of Rs 2.35 crore. Alternative Dispute Resolution Center (ADRC) was also inaugurated on the occasion.
Earlier, another building was also inaugurated at Pattan Court Complex, constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 2.75 crore.
Speaking on the occasion, Law Minster said that the government is making concerted efforts to provide better judicial infrastructure in the State in order to make available more ambient atmosphere to the judicial officers, lawyers and people in general.
