Now CMAT to be conducted only once a year

Srinagar: AICTE has been conducting Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) twice in an academic year during the months of September and February since 2012 for admission to Postgraduate Programmes in Management in AICTE approved Institutions/University Departments.
AICTE now has decided to hold only one CMAT Online Test from the academic year 2016-17 onwards. For the academic year 2016-17, the CMAT test is proposed to be held in January 2016.
All aspiring candidates desirous of appearing for CMAT test for taking admissions to Postgraduate Programmes in Management for the academic year 2016-17, should now apply for CMAT 2016 proposed to be held in the month of January-2016. A separate notification will be issued by AICTE in this regard.
