Jamia Millia lslamia issues PhD Admission Notice 2015

Srinagar: Applications on prescribed form are invited ONLINE from eligible candidates for admission to Ph.D. Programme 2015 in various Departments/Centres of Jamia Millia Islamia. The admission form, schedule of admission, availability of seats under each supervisor in the Departments/Centres of Faculties including the allied subjects, if any, and Guidelines for Admission including the eligibility criteria, categories of exemption from entrance test etc. are displayed on the University's website.
The Candidates are allowed to appear in the entrance test of one subject only, which should be their main subject or related/allied subject in post-graduation. The Candidates who qualify the entrance test and also those who are exempted from the entrance test, as per the Guidelines, may also be eligible to appear in the Interview of other Department/Centre/Faculty, provided that the Department/ Centre/Faculty considers his/her subject of post-graduation as an allied subject.
The application form for admission may be filled up ONLINE on Jamia website w.e.f. 02 July 2015, till the 23rd July 2015 along with the required fee of Rs. 1500/- deposired online.
