New Delhi: A concert is being organized at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in New Delhi on Saturday by top Bollywood stars to raise funds for flood-hit Jammu and Kashmir.
Known for its world famous locales, lofty mountains and crystal waters, Kashmir was hit by a massive deluge in September that killed at least 300 people and displaced thousands besides damaging the infrastructure.
The concert - simultaneously being organized in six other Indian cities - was announced by Amitabh Bachchan who has shot a number of films in the valley, mostly in ’70s.
