New Delhi: The price of Android smartphones are going southward everyday and Celkon has further reduced the bar by launching the Campus Nova at Rs 1,999. However, the phone will be available at this price only till October 23 as a Diwali offer and can be purchased from Snapdeal.
The Celkon Campus Nova offers a 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, 256 MB RAM, 512 MB internal storage and an expandable storage slot that can accommodate a micro SD card of up to 32 GB. It has a 1 Ghz processor.
The Campus Nova has a 2 megapixel rear camera that can record videos but has no front camera. It comes with two SIM slots but does not offer 3G network which is again quite expected from a device priced so cheap. However, the Nova has WiFi connectivity for fast internet connection. It has Bluetooth and WiFi as well. Besides, the Celkon Campus Nova comes with G sensor, FM radio, and a 1400 mAh battery that claims to offer 5 hours of talktime or 380 hours of standby.
The Celkon Campus Nova is available in black and white colours.
