Srinagar: Tehreek-e-Wahadat-e-Islami has supported the Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman Syed AliShah’s protest call for February 3, shutdown call for February 7, respectively against the “unjustified shifting” of prisoners to Jammu jails from Valley jails.
Terming the move to shift Kashmiri prisoners to Jammu jails as open violation of jail rules, a spokesman of TWI appealed to the people of Kashmir to make successful the Geelani’s protest and shutdown programmes on the scheduled dates.
