Srinagar, Dec 9: Police on Friday said that it recovered a dead body of a 50 year old male from Srinagar city.
The body was recovered from Industrial Area Khanmoh, Srinagar under the jurisdiction of police station Pantha Chowk. Police sources said that the body is yet to be identified and has asked people having any information regarding the deceased to contact Pantha Chowk police station on phone number 01933-222922 or SHO Pantha Chowk on mobile number 9419061234.
Pantha Chowk police has initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC in this regard, police sources added.
