Srinagar, Dec 7: Expressing serious concern over the alleged torture incidents in Jammu and Kashmir, Democratic Freedom Party Chief, Shabir Ahmad Shah Wednesday called for international community to hold an impartial inquiry into the alleged human rights violations in the state.
He, however, said that the world has now understood that black laws like AFSPA and PSA are being used to curb the voice of freedom.
