Srinagar: In occupied Kashmir, the forum patronised by veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, has strongly condemned the filing of an income tax case against the veteran leader and his son-in-law.
The forum spokesman in a statement in Srinagar termed the action as political revenge aimed at breaking the resolve of Syed Ali Gilani. “India, even after using all its might, has failed to force Gilani to change his stand over Kashmir. Now to put psychological pressure on him, it uses the Income Tax Department in an effort to implicate him in false cases,” he said.
