In the deep rainy forests, everything is serene While my desert is crying aghast. My heart is restless, Searching for you in vain.

Streets are there to carry my pain While the lamps are to heal. I am still finding the monsoon rain With withered flowers in my hands.

I am being assaulted by stones Through the lanes of your modern city. Something in my heart croons To conquer this atmosphere of gloom.

I want to meet you, but where are you? My eyes are tired of watching your eyes. Though, you are far from away from me. Your Qais is waiting for you to come.

The pain of the heart is unique
The sorrows behind the love
My broken heart is to seek
Like a docile dove

It crunches me when I remember you
Could I explain then or now?
The taste like the dew
Increases at every moment, ask how?

It hurts when I am being gathered
And in the loneliness as well
My days are dark you heard
When you negated what I tell

The words of charm are to separate
With the same mouth and tongue
When you slapped with hate
I fell ill from soul to lung

By seeing your face, I lost my comfort
I am waiting for you, only for you - my love
Because of your pain, I fell ill
I am waiting for you, only for you - my love

The people are to separate us anyhow
That’s why I lost you then and now!
Without you, there is nobody to support me
I am waiting for you, only for you - my love

I make adieu to all now
You are my only guide now
I will never make a distance from you
I am waiting for you, only for you - my love

The poem is a translation of one of the poems of Faiz Allie

When you wake up?
I am still waiting.
Candles are to die
And the hearts are to break.

Energy is at its lowest level
And enthusiasm is missing.
Stars are to set
And the light is fading away.

Greenery is to fade
And the wilderness has to prevail.
In this wake, when you wake up?
My breaths are numbered,

While despair is uncountable.
Distress is our common fate.
So, when you wake up?
Earth is red,

And the oven is burning.
Shackles are hard to dodge
And thanks, fire of hearts is low.
When you wake up?

Our hearts leave us every day,
Without leaving traces behind.
Dying in others' homes
And coming back to their homes is their habit.

Enjoying life is antithetical to them,
Dying in the river of blood is what they seek for.
Bruised hearts and bodies are what we have,
After nourishing them for decades.

Smiling in death is their bravery,
Cowering in fear is opposite to their imagery.
Singing lyrical poems in grief needs heart,
Keeping cool in pain needs to be smart.

Every day, our hearts leave us.
No traces are to be found of them.

I threw my tears of pain in my pocket
Then I ignored everything just for her
While the dance of heart started again
Those pockets threw me back that pain

The trees outside were watching me silently
And my eyes kept their secrets blindly
I headed towards the shadow of her
Cryptically the rays tossed my soul as bur

In a long conversation, I just fell
A single word to her I couldn't tell
Though, she is now crossing that park right
With my emotions, she must fight

As a light to every corner of my heart
I've to tell her about my interesting art
Till she is in my notions, I am in fear
I've to ask her, "My worth of a tear?"
