The tournament was inagurated by Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir - Mr. Asgar Samoon, in the presence of former DDC Pulwama, Mr. Niraj Kumar and SSP Pulwama at Sports Stadium Pulwama earlier.
International Cricket Player from Kashmir, Mr. Parvaiz Rasool had been a guest of honour during the inagural match.More than fifty teams from all over the valley participated in the tournament.
SP Pulwama, Mr. Rayees Ahmad and DDC Pulwama, Mr. Muneer Ul Islam were the Chief Guests on the occassion.
Besides, media persons and huge gathering of locals were also present on the occasion.
